A walk - a circle walk

Portland, Maine has the Back Cove Trail.  Parking is plentiful, the path is crushed stone and smooth. It is a circle.  Commit and after one hour the path ends at the same place you started.  Views change, compass directions spin and a walk into the wind is balanced with no wind in tree or building shadows.  Traffic is nearby but the total number of crosswalks is zero.

Ducks and geese were using the tidal water yesterday.  Salt water and seaweed odor adds but was absent yesterday.  I have a walking and life partner who has walked that path with me approaching twenty times in twenty five years.
