A few truths!

 The only person I control is myself.

If you ask is that my business, the answer is it isn't.

One of my truths is to walk away.

Some are good hosts, others very good.

And recently even others pretty much a blank stare.

No comprehension of how to be a low middle host.

Plod (x 5). Plod, plod.

I was asked, do I miss it?

 Do I miss teaching young drivers?  I answered that I miss having specific and structured work .

Show up to drive with students for four hours. Show up to teach a three hour class. Show up to shovel snow off the car. Show up to shovel the car out of a TOO BIG snow bank. 

You hear me. Some things are more fun than others.  Watching the improvement (rapid improvement) was always fulfilling. More than eight out of ten became focused and skilled.  Those with existing bad attitudes mostly  did not change.  I can relate follow up stories for a few. 

Each fall I drive to a home for ashes.

 I took photos this year again.

Picked up trash again. Not much a couple pieces. 

Reflected and observed.

This is the Day

 Many tell of the power and joy as they acknowledge the words,

THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE, LET US REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT..

This is the day the Lord has made.

Birthdays of son, grandchild, and great grandchild.

 October 9, and 14 and 18.  Ages of 1971, 1998 and 2022.

One of the three is (of course) super cute and the youngest.
