Approaching (almost)

 Seventy degrees feels pleasant.  Near the ocean any wind off the water is always biting.  Today with a North wind  the ocean breeze is  nullified.  Not 52F but thinking about 69F.

 Maine State Music Theater four musicals and the first for us June 20.

Third Thursday, June 20, July 11, August 1 and 22.

So now we are home for a time.

 Next will be two or three drives "UPTOCAMP".

Check the road, check snow melt, prepare for window installers.

I plan to write a trip report for myself but I often share by mail.

IN SIGHT?

 Yes, in sight only by a killer day on the road. So one more night.

We collected an Indiana and two hours ago a New York breakfast place. 

Plans for camp will be my mental activity in the ten remaining hours on the road.

 We drove west to the eclipse path,  then  beyond.  Now we return.

 The light is brilliant until covered. A sliver of sun still intense .

Our second total  eclipse. 

Most significant snow event based on impact.

 We did have a 12 inch plus snow event in Jan 2024. Light and fluffy snow without tree and power line impact.  This one has wind, wet snow and accumulation.  APRIL 4, 2024.
